Our Story

We are a home remodeling and renovation company, Yes…but really that’s over-simplified. We honestly see ourselves as “Transformation Specialists.” We just use building materials and craftmanship to perform the magic.

When we founded Property Pro Services in the summer of 2015, we had already been deeply involved and working in the residential real estate industry for 25 years.

Over the years as our affiliated real estate brokerage and management companies grew, they became frustrated with their renovation contractors’ lack of performance and attention to detail. They just couldn’t consistently get good quality workmanship, fair pricing or timeliness from their renovation vendors and it made them “look bad” to their customers.

That’s when we decided to build our own renovation and home improvement company… from the ground up…one that would deliver on the quality and performance we always wanted, but often couldn’t find. And with that…Property Pro Services was born.

Greg is CEO, Chief Marketing Officer and a NASCLA General Contractor License-holder. Greg has a keen eye for renovation and value-add projects and has been in the real estate and renovation industry for over 30 years. Highly regarded as an expert, Greg has worked with institutions like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and Invitation Homes among others.

Senior Project Manager
Victor is Senior Project Manager. A Carpenter by trade, Victor and has been in the renovation industry for the last 20 years and brings both practical experience and a wealth of expertise to bear for our clients. Whether working with homeowners, property managers investors or real estate professionals, Victor approaches every project as if it were his own.
Kemar Walsh
Kemar Walsh
Project Manager
Kemar is a seasoned Renovation Project Manager having worked in the real estate and construction industry for over a decade with his focus mainly on extensive renovations and remodeling projects. An experienced estimator, Kemar prides himself on effectively managing jobs and exceeding clients’ expectations. He is truly a people person and loves to build life-long relationships with his clients. Family is a top priority. He and his wife Chelsey have two amazing kids, Marley Rae and KJ. A transplant from Colorado, he is a big Denver Broncos fan and is warming up to the Georgia Bulldogs!
Laura Carithers
Laura Carithers
Project Administrator
Laura serves as a liaison between Project Management, Accounting, and the sub-contractors. Working with all trades of construction, she has over 26 years’ experience in Commercial and Residential construction as a Project Coordinator. She mixed her abilities and skills with the accounting department, where she has grown to a Project Administrator. Laura continues to handle every opportunity that is handed to her bridging the gap of Office Administration with Project Management.
Kim Marshall
Kim Marshall
Director of Accounting
As Director of Accounting for Property Pro Services, Kim brings over 20 years of experience in both real estate and commercial accounting to serve our clients. Kim oversees our accounting department and is responsible for the firm’s accounting guidance, payables and receivables, financial statements and training on all accounting issues. A Georgia native, she is a stickler for detail who is very thorough in her craft and dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.
